King size bed in the spacious living/sleeping area, there is also a hide-a-bed to accommodate overnight guests. The kitchen is fully equipped. New carpet and tile flooring (late 2008). The open and private lanai is a pleasant place to enjoy a cup of coffee, an evening meal or to simply relax with a good book. Outdoor dining furniture as well as a chaise lounge makes outdoor enjoyment easy. There is also a wash machine and dryer for your convenience.
